Photography has always been a part of my life. Growing up with a camera in my hand, I began my creative journey capturing the world around me through the lens. In high school, I found my passion for black and white film photography, an experience that laid the foundation for my artistic perspective.
However, like many things in life, my passion took a backseat for a time as I navigated the many twists and turns of adulthood. But as fate often does, it eventually brought me back to photography—this time, more intensely than ever before. In 2024, I decided to invest wholeheartedly in my hobby, and by the spring of 2025, I found myself printing and selling my work, fully immersed in the creative process once again.
This new chapter led to the birth of Far Too North Outdoor Photography, a project born out of a deep love for nature and a drive to share its beauty with others. Since then, the response has been overwhelming. Our images, each a snapshot of wild landscapes and quiet moments, have been met with incredible growth and positive feedback.
At Far Too North, we are committed to a unique printing process that elevates each photograph, giving it a distinct feel and dimension. We print all of our images on aluminum, ensuring they’re UV protected and ready to hang straight from the print, offering a sleek and modern way to display art. The result is a piece that feels as alive and vibrant as the scene it captures.

As a photographer, my work is rooted in a deep connection to nature and the natural world. I am drawn to subjects that are timeless, raw, and alive — wildlife in its element, sweeping landscapes, the quiet stillness of night, and the ethereal dance of the northern lights. These moments are not just images to me — they are emotions, stories, and fleeting encounters that I strive to preserve and share.
My purpose is simple: to transport the viewer into the moment I experienced. Whether it's the silent gaze of an animal, the vastness of a remote horizon, or the awe of standing under a sky lit by auroras, I aim to create an emotional bridge between the image and the observer. I shoot with feeling, and I believe that emotion is carried through in my work.
Each photograph is more than a visual—it’s a personal memory and an invitation. I hope the experience is as meaningful and individual for the viewer as it was for me when I pressed the shutter. Nature speaks in quiet, powerful ways, and through my lens, I try to listen—and to help others listen too.
